Aimee first found yoga at the age of 14, and while the flexibility was appealing as a teenager, she found the sense of a calm kept her returning to her mat.
Yoga and a regular movement routine allowed Aimee to develop a deeper relationship with herself, reducing the effects of anxiety and fostering a happier, healthier life.
Aimee became a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2017 and has been teaching ever since in community venues, gyms and now her own studio in Papakura. Inspired by multiple movement modalities and body work techniques, this led her to complete Certifications in Mat Pilates and Strength Training in 2020.
